just one thing, i noticed the man is called Ihar Tutau. Is that Finnish or Baltic (Estonian) surname and name or? Doesn’t sound Belorussian. 

@Perun: Ihar is Belarusian for Igor, I think. Tutau surname is found mostly in Spain and Argentina. His Belarusian mother married a guy from Spain, maybe? IDK. :D

I noticed the USA media consider Belarus a TOWN. Only in America can an entire country shrink to a town. >.< USA Today: “Ihar Tutau built his own armor tank and likes to drive it around his town of Belarus.”
