@SitňaN That looks delicious! Nothing like good, healthy, filling Slavic farmer food, is there?
It looks little bit similar concept to our kluski z twarogiem: “Kluski” are sort of dumplings made from potatos and potato flour (sometimes is added milk, eggs and flour, depending what type), and “twarog” is “quark” in English (apparently from what I see on internet). It has to be also with bacon and fried onion.
But indeed they look different.
