You made me pretty hungry, Sitňan  ::)  Btw., bryndzové halušky does not exist since potatoes appeared in Europe and Slovakia, but it had been previously made of the flour only. Bryndzové halušky is considered to be as the Slovak most typical dish because of Slovenská bryndza which is registered in the EU’s Register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications. That makes it special. And as I’ve already seen or eaten Slavic dishes, they vary thought they are similar. Of course, it depends on the area and geographical conditions.
