Is it not true that if you stop training, certain body parts turn to fat?

Nope that is not true. When you stop using it but you continue to train you will only lose bit of strenght (wich can you compensate with meat ;) and bit water weight (because creatine bonds water to muscles), and if you stop training over time you will lose muscles if you don't use them, with or without creatine :). And while that happens muscles won't need food so much and it's normal that muscle/fat ratio will change over time. But things like turning muscles into fat are nonsence :).
