@Sviatogor My Baba (bog da go prosti) used to make a jelly from meat cuts or from the bone – its basically the fat solidifies in the fridge is my understanding of how its prepared, but not exactly sure of the process. I never liked it, and it was mainly my Baba and Detho that were the only ones that ate it in our family.

I think we called it “pokvas”, or something sounding like that.
