I don’t agree about giving a preference to people who have higher education, while  having this level education myself. Non-educated people are not necessarily less intelligent. It’s often the other way around and there is a notion as educated fools.
 A tradesman – welder , cabinetmaker – may know more about life having more common sense than yesterday’s graduate.
I’d limit the voting rights to those who are long term unemployed relying on social welfare exception are students, pensioners, disabled people.
