just wondering, how much do you guys lift?

I prefer to do more reps with lighter weights than less reps with heavy weights, because it's dangerous to do heavy wieghts unless your muscles are properly run in over certain period of time and because of movie/studies/new job, I haven't gymmed in some time (but I am starting again on 1st of November, so I can answer exactly then).

But normally I keep it at around 70-80 kilograms and do 10-12 reps. Also, I do around four, even five series.
