It is surprising for me. There were no Finnic people living in Belarus. There is no known archaeological culture associated with the Finns. There are few Finnic hydronyms in north-eastern Belarus. Even those few are debated. Moreover, there’s little Finnish or east Asian admixture in our population. Even @srdceleva has more Finnic admixture as per DNA.Land than me.
Earlier you your relative from north-western Belarus who has surname common among Lipka Tatars. One can find a person in Slovakia, Hungary and other countries who has a surname common among gypsies and looks a bit different to the rest of the local people.
