As you see, those two countries are of similar composition, nonetheless one functions the other one doesn't. For a country to function properly one should stop whining and start working, as fornational pride, first there has to be something one can be proud of.

Exactly, that pride should come from Bosnia. If Serbs and Croats feel like their home is Croatia and Serbia, how can Bosnia function and have pride in itself. At lest all Belgians say their Belgian. Most Serbs and Croats hate calling themselves "Bosnians", they usually say "Croatian" or "Serbian".
