2. Why would Yugoslavia recognise Bosnian independence when it was declered against the will of the bosnian Serbs ? Ok, now RS will declare independence, and then we will see this argument of yours.

Yugoslavia already lost Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia, it was perfectly legal for Bosnia to declare independence since it had a referendum (which the Serbs in Bosnia boycotted, that's their problem not the government's), much like Macedonia did. But instead of having a referendum a group of Serbs declared their own republic within Bosnia and Herzegovina without any kind of vote. And at the moment, RS can't declare independence because they signed the Dayton Accords saying they wouldn't. By declaring independence without permission from the Bosnian government would be breaking international law, and Serbs can't do that and at the same time claim Kosovo shouldn't be independent because it broke international law as well.
