You are still upset becouse of that map, like that it matters! As i said historical sources are not well known so any size is just speculation. There are loads of different maps of Tomislavs croatia. Here is one croatian example:

as you said early medieval is all about speculation.
i would say that is minimalistic version, but in lot of aspects doesent make sense, as borders between territories were usually mountains or bigger rivers for obvious reasons.
