@KnezIvan I never denied Slovenia and Croatia had more industry and infrastructure, especially compared to some really poor regions of Serbia, such as Kosovo or Southwestern Serbia, even Southeastern Serbia, or compared to Bosnia, Macedonia or Montenegro. However, Vojvodina and Central Serbia were good. Yes, the spendings mostly went to underdeveloped regions. Isn’t that same like Croatia and EU today? However I’m not seeing Germans, Austrians and others complaining a lot. I think its good as long as its good investment. Bottom line, I’m not saying the communism was good, but today the Balkan region is really in dark age, and I’m not feeling the consequences of that, perhaps you don’t feel it either, but many do.
