Pentaz, looks like we have a similar diet except I am eating fats/oils. It's true, it is hard to find lunch in the city that does not have bread! But it's
good that you're going for the hearty bread, at least.

For lunch, I've been making my own "sushi" roll – I make it with smoked salmon and a bit of raw vegetable, a little spinach dip so the wrap is not too dry, (leave out the rice) and roll it up in a nori (seaweed) wrap. This is very delicious, quick and easy to make.
