Truth has always been on our side, though pity common sense and humility has not been on side of other side.

Somewhere amidst losing a massive war, abandoning enormous swaths of land and property well before any government sanctioned expulsion, and themselves sanctioning mass-expulsion, and even mass-execution, in the years just prior, the chauvinists in Germany (and the West) have lost most of the sense in their arguments and have actually made much of the post-war reconciliation between Germans and Poles very difficult.

Thankfully, a logical and systematic approach, such as this one by the EU court in Strasbourg (aka "in the West") clearly shows that Poland's case is solid while the Prussian one is simply not.
