Suffixes -sky/-ský and -cky/-cký behind male surnames I "added" to cathegory -a/-á, because only letter that changes is -y/-ý. Thus female version of Dolnický isn't Dolnickýcká, but Dolnická. It's easier to understand it that way. I think.
