A Google search reveals practically only Poles bearing that name, so it’s highly unlikely it’s anything but Polish. Also, a deleted discussion on a Polish forum claims that “It’s certainly Polish. “Wy” means “out”. “Skwar” means “intense heat”. “Wyskwarzyć” means “to subject something to intense heat so that something comes out”, like frying bacon or rendering goose skin.” Another Polish site gives “Wyśkwar – od wyskwarzyć, wyskwarzać ‘wysmażyć”, though I’m not a Polish speaker and can’t find translations for those versions either. In any case, “skwar” seems to mean “scorcher” on Polish, so that’s something for a start.
