As Kand said, it has more to do with food than with exercise if your only point is to make them visible. Go on a Keto diet and that's all you need…however this is good but if you want to add some strength to your core muscles then stuff like

Cable Crunches

or crunches with weights:

or compound exercise as Deadlifts and Squats (but to start these two you already need strong abs)
