Ordinary Belarusians know little about Slovenes. But they would have positive opinion about Slovenes if you ask them cause Belarusians like people  living in Slavic countries. The Belarusian government has  a positive opinion about Slovenia. In the past Slovenia was against economic sanctions against Belarus. Slovenes regularly invited children from region affected by Chernobyl disaster.

Slovenia is a beautiful country. :)

Poland’s
foreign minister has said he is “sad” that Slovenia blocked EU
sanctions against Belarusian business supporting the authoritarian
President Lukashenko regime.

Belarus President
Alexander Lukashenko thanked Slovenia for its position in relation to
Belarus when discussing issues with the European Union. He made the
statement at the meeting with Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Karl Erjavec on 25 March, BelTA has learned.

“First of all, I would like to thank Slovenia for its position in
relation to Belarus, in particular, when discussing issues with the EU.
We are grateful people and see everything, ranging from political issues
to simple relations between people. I mean your kind attitude to
Belarusian children from Chernobyl-hit regions whom you regularly invite
for recreation and recuperation,” the head of state emphasized
