My father's Croatian, my mother's Serbian, I live in Serbia and I had rough time growing up here. It hurts to talk about Ex Yu. Every time I see a topic on Yugoslavia or Kosovo it fills my eyes with tears.

There are so many mixed marriages like that – I think that the ancient slav people should have been called srbhrvati as one people. If so, there never would have been problems today in Yugoslavia and all of Serbia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro would have been called SRBHRVIA and they would have been strong together and defend their people and their forefathers struggle from outside influences.
