Personally, if I had a daughter I always liked the name Mishka, or maybe its spelt Myshka. 

I think it was my ex-gf who was Italian introduced that name to me, even though it sounded slavic.  Understandably, Miska is a male name in Russian, and Myska might mean little mouse in Russian.  Despite its name origin, I like the sound of it phonetically.
