As for the akanye, it is indeed present in the dialects of the Dolenjska region. The most famous (and hilarious) example is the “Slavna ižanska pažarna kamanda”
I can understand the sentence without translation. It does not sound all that hilarious to me. When I say Belarusian has akanye I mean Belarusian is notorious for having ‘a’ where ‘o’ would be used in other Slavic languages. There are different types of akannye. As a result ‘a’ is probably the most commonly used letter in Belarusian language in comparison to other Slavic languages.
