This is a six month old study on a population from north-eastern Italy in which good samples of several European nations were used including Czechs, Poles, Bulgarians, Russians, Slovenes.

We combined this data with the 96 newly genotyped Slovenian samples and with five published population-based collections (see Supplementary Table 1), with an emphasis on populations with European ancestry.
