Kłobuk – "kłobuk" is a word from Old Polish (Pre-19th century). Basically meaning "hat". This one in particular is made of felt and is worn by "Górale" (Polish/Slavic highlanders). The images here are of those from the region known as "Podhale" (Tatra and Carpathian mountain ranges). An army regiment adopted it as part of their dress as you can see here.
