Belarusians have a traditional spa called ‘laźnia’ , which is similar to Russian traditional ‘bania’. There is a boiler in the room that heats the room and water. This boiler has a place for heating rocks. Water is poured onto the rocks to get hot steam to increase the temperature in the room. Some people mix beer with water then pour the mixture onto the rocks. The smell of the steam is so pleasant. It is similar to the smell of bread during baking.
