Polish man Piotr Kluzek presents famous Polish rye bread “Chleb prądnicki” from Krakow region. This bread was first mentioned in chronicles in 1421. The bread has protected geographical indication in the European Union.

It does not look like there is much of rye flour is used in “Chleb prądnicki” nowadays.
