Swedes have a boy's fist name Goran which is of Slavic origins but in Wikipedia:

Göran or Jöran (both pronounced [ˈjøːran]) is the Swedish form of George, not to be confused with the Slavic Goran.

it is göran (jeran), not goran and it is not of slavic origin. you have it in your own post, are you literate?
