This list is not correct. Brazil was never invaded by british. Not directly by military forces  at all. The french, dutch, spanish and portuguese did it, but the british came disguised in business. They built railways and financed many activities since the 19th century, to influence politics in South America in their favour, of course. They settled in South America before in the former British Guyana (that is not in the list too). And Paraguay that figures in the list as never been invaded by the british, could be mentioned because the british sponsored and influenced Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay to invade and almost destroy the country with up to 90% of male population killed between 1864 and 1870. It was the war of Paraguay.
