No doubt about the Bulgarian national flower, lol. It's Rosa Damascena (Маслодайна роза, Maslodaina roza).

South of the Balkan mountains, the valleys of the rivers Stryama and Tundzha make up the so-called Rose Valley, where 70-85% of the world's rose oil is produced. One kg of rose oil is extracted from 3000 kg of roses. There's a Rose Festival each year at the beginning of the harvesting period(which lasts from May to June).
