I don’t mind Escargot, but it must be dipped in a lot of garlic butter sauce… Heck, you could probably put any kind of meat in those sauces and it will taste good.

Its funny that someone brought up Frogs legs, we normally call the Italians and French “jabari” because of that cuisine… means “Frogs”.  I guess its derogatory, but nothing more than tongue and cheek…

My Serb mate from Oz here always claimed Serbia had the best Truffles.  I think I’ve only tried them once, but it was a long time ago.  I can’t say it left an impression, as I can barely remember it, damn expensive though.
