To remove any doubt – its peas. I thought @Sviatogor was referring to the dark blue sliced parts as olives. Now I figured out he was talking about green-ish circles. No, the greenish circles are peas. You just need the right amount of oil, meat and braised hot pepper to hide it and to make it look different like on picture.
