@Dušan Yes, I’m from South-Western Slovakia and we don’t use ľ. But my boss’s daughter uses it for some reason. I think their family originally comes from Central Slovakia. I like the fact that Slovaks used to speak differently from village to village before the codification. Our beautiful dialects have disappeared. Only accents and some phrases remained. Before 1989 people used to speak the soft original standard Slovak on the TV. Since then we would hear only the Western Slovak hard accent spoken around Bratislava.
