@”Kapitán Denis” it’s not poor it’s dead. It’s neck vein (I think could be artery) is punctured with a knife and it looses huge amounts of blood relatively quickly, after that it’s not a pig, it’s meat in process.
btw On that competition I mentioned they used to count time that went into slaughtering the pig and scalding it (including the process aaaaa described). At one point animals rights activists demanded that pigs were killed more humanely, which in their opinion was with electricity, so time was counted after participants received a dead pig, back then record was ~9:30.
