Do the Upper Sorbs consider themselves to be a different nation than then Lower Sorbs?
The languages are different, one is closer to Czech, the other to Polish and since Czech is no Polish dialect and Polish is no Czech dialect either, does that mean there are 2 different Sorb nations?

Both, Upper and lower Sorbs consider themselves to be a part of same nation, yet also both are aware of the differences between them. They are the descendants of two different tribes that were separated during the history, but that doesn’t make them a different nation – many nations are the result of either conquest of other tribes or by peaceful unification.

But whether they are considered by “the experts” as two different nations or one, it depends whom you ask. I would personally call them the same Sorbian nation, but two different groups within it.
