I have not tried one but many of my genealogy friends have.  You live in Poland?

I know of many tests but I think most only ship to USA. However, I just learned for a DNA project happening here in Serbia. I bet if you asked around with some of the labs that do blood work you could find something similar in Poland or some place that at least does proper DNA genealogy testing.

No sorry, I live in USA. (I need to update my profile.:-))

My goal of having one of these tests is to find people who have the same DNA as me (or very close) and to be able to see where they live on a map and also be able to see there name and be able to contact them. (The other person has to be already tested and in the Database in order to see if we are related?) Is there a global database? if not, I think it would be a good idea to get 1 test from a Polish company and another from the US – what do you think?

Well there are projects actually and they connect anyone who's in the database. Here are a few:

    https://www.23andme.com/
    http://dna.ancestry.com/
    http://www.dnaancestryproject.com
    https://genographic.nationalgeographic.com/

But every one of them is different. They aren't cheap. Just read up on them and see which is best for what you want.

I would recommend 23andme. I have tested myself with them and you get a lot of interesting and relevant data from them. You can also download your raw data and get teritary testing done on GEDmatch.com for more specific ancestry data.

Thanks guys for the replies. I found a site called myheritage.com. What is cool is that you can use it in 38 different languages. There tests come from a company called FamilyTreeDna. The Geno 2.0 that you showed us slavicmuse – I believe they also use FamilyTreeDna to do the testing so it must be a popular company. I hope this testing gets cheaper. :)

I wish it would, too.  But even here in Serbia at a local lab it's 120EUR for a y-dna test. So these companies like FamilyTreeDNA and 23andMe really don't charge that much extra surprisingly. As an ancestry.com member I get a small discount on their test. And it makes a difference but it's still not cheap.
