Croatian Minister of Education and Sports got offended when journalists asked him about his new official car Audi A6 3.0 TDI Quattro. "Should I drive myself in a carriage?" minister Zeljko Jovanovic replied angrily when journalists asked him about the new luxury car ordered for him and worth over 600,000 Croatian kuna. Journalists asked whether he should order a cheaper car when the country is in a deep financial crisis. However, his only answer was a suggestion whether he should use a carriage. The government has ordered over 1500 new cars in total, angering many citizens of Croatia, where there are over 380,000 unemployed persons. At the same time Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic admitted there is not enough money to fight the floods that have hit the northern part of the country.
