Awesome! With self-driving cars on the horizon, robots won’t be needed for that task. I can see the robots use in Military, Law Enforcement, Medical (Nursing, Surgical, Housekeeping, Elderly Care), and more.

In America you fail to see the genius of this. Yall spend millions to make your google cars, strike drones, Baxter’s the co-workers, etc. But in Russia they make robot that works, drives cars, flies conventional planes, goes to war for slava of mother Russia, votes Putin, buys local products and drinks craft vodka. Russia/US, 1-0.

    Ako bog da.

    Good. Very good.

@Povhec What will the Russian people do? How will they make a living and survive if robots take over everything?  A Robot Convention will be held near me this summer. I think the Russian should show up with their robot. All the Americans there will FREAK OUT! “RUSSIANS! OMG! CALL THE POLICE! CALL NATO!”  :D

@Karpivna Yea, the “robot crisis” is coming. We should take care of it right now, before it’s too late.

Do you know what supposed to be the American dream that everyone talks about? That you should own a house, a field and a slave. The slave should work for you on your field and you’re fully self-sufficient. Now this was a perfect idea. The only bad thing about it was that slaves were humans.

Today we could use robots as slaves. However, the society changed a lot and they would be used differently. The thing is that robots are made for companies, not for ordinary people. That means they steal our work. And not just that. They work faster and they’re more precise (depends on the type of an industry) and that means they make more money. But all those money go to companies.
Watch the following video and imagine how it would look like, if the process wasn’t automatic, how many people and money it would take to do the same stuff for the same time.

But we could adjust the law that the robots would work for us. In form of robot taxes.
    A few approaches:

    1. General: companies would have to pay taxes for each robot they would use.
Unemployed people would be paid from those taxes.

    2. Individual: workers that would be exchanged by robots:
A: wouldn’t be actually fired, but they would be on something like maternity leave :D = they wouldn’t work, but they would be paid.
B: would be classified in a special category of unemployed people = they would be paid according to their last job.

We could live in a society, where most of the jobs would be occupied by robots and just a small number of people would have to go to wok. Perhaps there could be like 1000 people working on the same position and every day, week or month they would end shifts and change. Robots would make us money, so we wouldn’t need to go to work that much. The education system could change as well. People would have a lot of free time, so they could spend it by studying. The last sentence is the most utopic of all the text, I know. :D It’s just my vision.

Of course, they could study much more:
