This is typical of governments, all governments are parasitic in nature, they just grow and grow while destroying all freedom.

    Billions spent without control

Nobody in Government knows how many agencies and institutes we actually have

Germany has six agencies, Slovakia eight, Croatia forty and Serbia not less than 130! Nobody knows how many people exactly are working in them. There are no precise data as to how much they cost the budget but estimations say more than EUR 820 millions!

Many times ‘Blic’ attempted to get those data from the Government, but without
success. Yesterday we were not lucky to get the information either.

    Who has data?

‘The Ministry of Finance has not given us any reply. Instead we were advised to
address Milan Markovic, the Minister for state administration and local autonomy.
Markovic told us that his ministry ‘is not competent for agencies.
‘Information should be sought from ministries that have set up those agencies’,

Markovic said although the Government has to give consent for setting up of every
    agency.

There is not a single document in Serbian Government which would make it
possible for us to follow the work of agencies and their number. The only document of that kind, although incomplete has been made in the cabinet of the Secretary for information of public importance Rodoljub Sabic. The employees in that cabinet had to look for the data in the ‘Official Paper’ and to follow laws adopted by the Parliament. According to that document there are more that 130 agencies in Serbia.

    Annual budget

The Union of Entrepreneurs is perhaps the most strongly opposing such large number of agencies, As its President Nebojsa Atanckovic says the amount of EUR 800 millions estimated to be spent on agencies ‘is too high for a country of capacity of Serbia’.

    Agencies with purpose

It is certain that agencies such as the ones for flight control fight against corruption, energy efficiency and another dozen have to exist. However, it is not necessary that there are five of more such agencies for one and the same thing.

Thus for example apart from the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development there are also Agency for Regional Development, Fund for Regional Development, Republican Institute for Regional Development, minister without portfolio dealing with that issue and Office for sustainable development or not sufficiently developed regions. This is not the only example.

    Purpose of some agencies

The number of agencies without any purpose is not to be ignored.

Many think that setting up of agencies is primarily in the interest of political parties who use them to employ their party staff at them.

‘Parties think that is a good way to say thank you to their members for loyalty
That is why we have such large number of agencies, directorates and councils’, Miljenko Dereta of the Citizens’ Initiative says.

So, are you national-anarchist? I don't know which government is worse and more corrupted, those in Serbia or in Republika Srpska, same leftist morons.

Every dictatorship offers (or tends to offer) that and even more, be it own or foreign. People need the illusion of freedom as well. The possibility to fulfill themselves… and this is where every system we know more or less fails or starts crumbling, mostly because humans are very well designed when it comes to evolving themselves in the social aspect.

Quotes about the functions of a State:

"The fundamental principle is that the State is not an end in itself but the means to an
end. It is the preliminary condition under which alone a higher form of human
civilization can be developed, but it is not the source of such a development. This is to
be sought exclusively in the actual existence of a race which is endowed with the gift of
    cultural creativeness."

"The paramount purpose of the State is to preserve and improve the race; for this is an
indispensable condition of all progress in human civilization."

"Democracy is exploited by the Marxists for the purpose of paralysing their opponents and
gaining for themselves a free hand to put their own methods into action."

"The authority of the State can never be an end in itself; for, if that were so, any kind of
tyranny would be inviolable and sacred. If a government uses the instruments of power in
its hands for the purpose of leading a people to ruin, then rebellion is not only the right but
also the duty of every individual citizen."

"The State is only a means to an end. Its end and its purpose is to preserve and promote
a community of human beings who are physically as well as spiritually kindred. Above
all, it must preserve the existence of the race, thereby providing the indispensable
condition for the free development of all the forces dormant in this race. A great part of
these faculties will always have to be employed in the first place to maintain the
physical existence of the race, and only a small portion will be free to work in the field
of intellectual progress. But, as a matter of fact, the one is always the necessary
    counterpart of the other."

In summary, our current notion of "the State" is corrupt since most states themselves are corrupt.
The current states exist as ends to be preserved. That is why they fail and why no truly decent people
really like them. The whole idea needs to be transformed into something else.

Great quotes. A nationalist government should be given all power necessary to encourage development and progress and to protect the nation's interests, not more and not less. Libertarianism and similar trains of thought are of no use here – the main goal of libertarians is (simplified) to make as much profit and live as comfortable as possible. Thus, libertarians are not only slaves of the economy but also slaves of their greed and inferior hedonism. You can not expect great ideas to be developed in a libertarian society, only stagnation, consumerism and, inevitably, degeneration. If you do not tell the people which path to take they end up running against walls.

Libertarianism ultimately is doomed since it is based on indulgence. In a libertarian society, people are divided into as many self-serving units (even down to the individual citizens) as possible and all scramble at each others' expense. By sheer luck, this sometimes works, but most often results in collusion and the formation of conglomerates (such as the current Russian Oligarchs) that are for practical purposes above the law with their power to bribe, lobby and influence the State (which should be a PUBLIC THING – the original meaning of "Republic").

The opposite, which the quotes I used (from Mein Kampf) suggest, is a society based in service. On giving rather than taking. People are united as a one, a folk, and work together. That sounds crazy and radical, but that's because no one has tried it seriously. Hitler (the 1924 Hitler dictating MK) envisioned such an idea, but it is hard to say that he put it to practice. The revenge-bent sections of the NSDAP and greater German population didn't allow for such an idea to flourish and pushed their pretty good idea went into being an excuse for imperialism and chauvinism, much akin to Bolshevik bloodlust. Then the Brits joined the "fun" and bombed the living shit out of Germany. That's another story though.

Yes i know what's your point Cvetinov. I fulfill myself living as honest and good as possible and no state can offer me that.
But as far as food, shelter etc. goes some countries didnt offer that to all people like example Yugoslavia before alliance with USA. Communist stole from my grandma most of food from their farm and they had too little to eat so i dont want something like that to repeat.

That's very interesting and Aryan in character. Aryan in the self-sufficiency and folk labor sense. The Third Position would embrace this line of thinking since it is a step toward economic self-sufficiency for a state and the mechanism that is best suited for running such an arrangement would be a National Syndicalism.

Economic self-sufficiency, or Autarky, is not fully possible in today's sophisticated world, but for vital elements such as food production it is possible and should be sought after.

Sounds like a very reasonable idea. Totally agree with Husarz.
