    Belarusians don’t celebrate Malanka. Neither do all regions in Ukraine. The celebration is common in some regions of south-western Ukraine near Romania and Moldova . The costumes of people on the picture are those of southern-western Ukraine.

    IMO I think this may influence of northern Romania, as it is widely celebrated in Bukovina which is former Romanian territory.

    @Sviatogor yeah i also noticed the whole outfit and all reminds of Romania a lot.
