Yeah, we are. And it seems that nobody was killed, only injured, about 700 people if i am not mistaken.

Today an asteroid that is half as long as a football pitch will pass us by and come 17 miles from earth. Think that's about 10 thousands kilometers. I really wish we would just use the metric system here already.
