    Cool! ;D

I have always been of the opinion that women need to know how to defend themselves and their children, that's why military training for females should be encouraged. Unfortunately not many women in Serbia understand the importance of firearms liberty and national freedom.

Well, I'm not of this opinion. Come on, a military training for females? Ok, there might be something like a crash course of self-defense, but males are those who are supposed to be militant. I am for a traditional division of roles, like women take care of their men and children and men defend them.

I understand that not all women are capable but we should not restrict those who are. There is nothing wrong with women learning how to shoot and defend themselves, in fact it is positive. I don't feel threatened by well armed strong tough independent women.

Why not?  Slavic society has always been more egalitarian in regard to women in the military and especially in combat field units.  Who do you think was defending the farmstead (from Mongols) when the men were off at war?

    Your mom.

I'm being serious here! Your father's off in the field, what's she going to do?!

I also see nothing wrong with women taking up arms if they wish to do so and are capable of this.

I think women should have military training. It would be also safe for their civilian life. But in case of war I rather see them as corpsmen. It's just my opinion, I don't want it to sound chauvinist ofc.

They should make a separate female battalion. I served the army, and eventhough they are willing and full of spirit; from the pragmatic point of view, they are physically and mentally not able to go on the same level as their male counterparts, which is normal. They are however more methodical than males. In a female battalion they would have better conditions than in a mixed one, and in my opinion less unnecessary stress.
