We can be a great power when united, we are powerless when divided. Simple philosophy.

I'll never get the hang of the secret handshakes. Too complex. Gonna pass.

Maybe. But secret societies work only for their own profit. Find powerful people ,media owners ,generals ,scientists ,politicians ,who are willing to promote nationalism ,greatness ,and work for it. What is their motivation?
Also there are secret political relations between countries so secret societies are not necessary. For pan-Slavic agenda. But I somehow cant believe that all countries could understand this goal in the same way. Also how you understand goal? Expansion of boarders? Economical influences? Everyone in the Europe and world considering us the "master race" as hitler called us before death?
There is old rule in conservatism. Nations have no friendships ,they have only business relations. Pan-Slavism for Poland is something else than for Russia. Do you see Russia helping Poland expand boarders? You must precisely say how you see it.

It is simple. Just look at Anglo-saxons. They write the history. English is everywhere. We are divided and our population droops. We die slowly. We must throw away stupid nationalism. We must stop being known as Poles, Croatians, Ukrainians, Serbs … etc. because we all are just Slavs.

Anglo-Saxons wrote their own history with a good portion of made up stories, they also heroized even the most trivial accomplishments in order to make them look epic. It's essentially all with propaganda and how your culture is being spread abroad – The positive trait: your culture and people become well known and may serve as a role. The negative trait: your country becomes a hotspot magnet for undesired immigrants. That's a side-effect you can see in the US, London and Australia.

The reason Slavic countries aren't suffering with immigration and multiculturalism as much as the Western World is due to being still relatively unknown, and Slavs are often perceived as the most xenophobic Europeans, along with Danes and the Dutch.

As the topic says, a 'secret society' would make it easier to develop ideas, because it is something unknown for those living outside of it. Such an idea would be impossible to be put to work in modern society for two basic reasons – mostly the internet, and the fast propagation of information through social networks and radio-television.

I agree with the concept of Slavic unity and ethnocentrism, what I do disagree is the concept of Panslavism in a sense of not perceing each Slavic ethnic group as being one of its own. Competition is the mother of development. When you have a Slavic country serving as an example in a specific aspect or area, other Slavic countries will eventually seek to follow the idea in order to advance – in case they don't, they become known as the rotting potatoes, that alone is enough reason to improve. Highlighting such 'rotting potatoes' is the best method for finding a way to fix them.

Collective work, ethnic unity and the greater share of ideas and think tanks between every Slavic country is what would make them grow as a whole. Turning everything into a single Slavstate would certainly lead to a variety of problems, mostly due to being unable to solely blame the 'rotting potatoes' within such State.

Restoring the ethnic faith would be the first step for naturally ostracizing the outsiders. Developing a higher culture and promoting meta-ethnocultural beauty/superiority would be included as further steps to be taken.
