Thank you for your comment. Those are some interesting things.
I am very aware that not all Slavic nations have the same pantheon, but I didn't think this was important in this context. I am also aware of the Nordic-Slavic parallels, and I actually don't see were I said that there are no similarities. Well, if I did, I am wrong. There are of course very clear parallels, like there are to so many other mythologies.
I'd like you to send me some specific pictures of the decorations regarding Studenica, I couldn't find anything on this one.
Kalenić was illustrated in the 15. century, so I wouldn't go and try to connect something like that to decorations that would fit onto old Slavic Gods. This is already a time where we have to many outside influences and being that these illustrations are no common thing we have to assume that they have no root in Slavic culture.
The same way we had to consider the time the illustrations on Kalenić were made (to understand the historical circumstances), we have to consider the place of origin of the Miroslavljevo Jevanđelje. Though it is kept in the National museum in Beograd (Serbia) it was made in the region of Zahumlje (today this is on the seaside of Croatia). The Miroslavljevo Jevanđelje has no celtic/nordic knots and pleters. These are pleters that were and are a kind of all present artistic element in this part of the Adriatic coast. The reason for this is that there were Greek colonies all along the Adriatic coast (in the pre-Slavic era). It is an artistic element from the Greek era that than was accepted by the Slavs. And I don't even know if you are serious about this AirSerbia logo thing.
Sorry for the long comment, I just have the feeling I'm false accused of being "very wrong". So, one more time, please send me those Studenica pictures and prove me wrong. ;)

We have also the same Indo-European origin with the Hindu religion, should we than draw Perun with blue skin? :) We have to consider what our goal is. If this is only an artistic expression then there is no harm in it of course. And I think it is only artistic expression, so there is no problem :D

Kievan Rus was founded by the Rurik dynasty, which was clearly northern/scandinavian origin, thus I have nothing against these pictures; clerarly there is paralel between slavic and nordic mythology, we have the same common ancestor; I think these pictures /and all others by the author/ are well made
