Slovak Architects Design Solar Powered Home Ecocapsules

Slovakia has brought us another interesting and futuristic design, it’s an Ecocapsules, designed by Bratislava-based far-sighted Architects. This miniature solar powered home has also an retractable wind-turbine and a rain water storage making this home giving you chance to live in it up to a year with no maintenance or need to have water or electric power infrastructure. If you look a bit into the ecocapsule you will find a miniature kitchen with fresh water, flushing toiled and hot shower as well which is pretty amazing. The Ecocapsule “is suitable for a wide range of applications,” wrote the architects, where they counted things like “independent research station or a tourist lodge to an emergency housing or a humanitarian-action unit.” More info: | | Facebook | Twitter (h/t: gizmodo)

So if you are an avid camper this might be a good choice for you and you will be able to buy it at the end of 2015 and have your first delivered in the first quarter of 2016. If you wish too see it first there will be a display unit that will be shown during the Pioneers festival in Vienna on the 28th-29th of May.

Soon in future you will be able to live off the grind in these capsules.
