Soviet reactive locomotives

Soviets like ww2 Germany and other big players were famous/infamous for their military experiments and testing of new technologies. It’s a interesting story they created nuclear fueled locomotives (that would come in hand for trans-siberian railway). However they didn’t live up to the test, probably due to being too dangerous for humans but also due to a fact that if such a locomotive would fall of the track it would be a very bad day for all aboard and close by. No matter the dangers, it was an interesting innovation in using nuclear energy in innovative and helpful way rather then in weaponry. See the interesting pictures of how it was imagined to look:
