The Iron Tree Of Russian Classical Architecture

Architecture today is often more then dissatisfying and the modern architecture will leave many art lovers not that happy. However there is luck for you if you live classical architecture, as Russian Federation has a treat for your eyes. The Russian Ministry of Agriculture building in Kazan, Tatarstan of Russian federation has built something that looks like it came from a Tolkien’s Fairy-tale. The massive iron tree decorating this building has left many breathless, and local are more than happy to have this masterpiece decorating their town.

Construction firm by the name Antica is the one that designed and constructed this building. It would not be strange if these kind of architecture would come back to life thanks to this building, as there is already a large surge of tourists wanting to visit this beauty.


This has it’s roots in traditional Imperial Russian architecture which was very colorful mixing the standard European classical architecture with dose of Eastern Architecture thanks to the large borders of Russian Federation.
