This isn’t so much a story as it is a question, a poll, a “mini forum” for all advice and such on the famous slav squat. I can do the slav squat, full heels on ground. I can do it for a fair amount of time with my feet pointed in or out or at different lengths apart. But what I feel my main problem with it is endurance.
I don’t know if I can last in the position for more than several minutes without my calves(mainly) getting achey. I haven’t gotten to the point where it’s the most comfortable position but I have grown to enjoy doing it. I just wonder if there’s any special way to increase endurance, a way I’m doing it wrong, or I just have to do it more and more every day(or every other day)?
