On the occasion of the Municipal Day in Travnik, the largest portion of Čevapi was prepared in B & H, after which the discussion on the branding of this meal was discussed at the round table.The largest portion consisted of 2,160 pieces, and the famous Travnik Čevapi were offered to more than 300 citizens for free reports Mostarski.ba.
We have teamed up and collected a lot of information, since we have a complicated procedure for food branding in our country, and since we have to brand our authentic products in geographical areas.
We plan to brand Travnik, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, and, I must say, it’s sad that this has not been done so far and that it deals with associations and private entities, without more concrete support. However, we hope this too – said the President of the Association of Chefs BiH, Nermin Hodžić.
