Living a long life? It’s one of those things that we all wish for ourselves and our families, but often we lead a life that will result in anything but long life. Cigarettes, caloric food, inactivity, alcohol, risky sexual behavior are you arch-enemies when you wish for a good life.

Eastern Europe is having some changes on upper mentioned factors and now we will see if it is having any effect on our populations.  This chart was done in 2015. with information on numerous factors mentioned above.
