Number of Billionaires in Slavic Countries Will Either Make You Laugh or Cry

Progressive benefits of Marxism across Eastern Europe

Rich is what everyone wants to be, however it is not what many of us are. This map is actually not about rich people, but about successful businesses. The American magazine Forbes regularly compiles a list of the world’s highest net-worth individuals. As a European (Czech) who has a thing for statistics, Jakub Marian was interested to see how many of these people live here. The following map that Jakub made shows the number of US$ billionaires per 10 million people (i.e. per capita multiplied by 10 million) and the actual number of billionaires (based on their country of citizenship).

It should be noted that two European micro-states have at least one billionaire, which gives them insanely high per-capita figures: Monaco with 1039 billionaires per 10 million inhabitants (and 4 actual billionaires), and Liechtenstein with 265.5 billionaires per 10 million (1 actual billionaire). Guernsey, a British crown dependency, also has one billionaire.

Let us check the progressive benefits of Marxism across Eastern Europe:

  • Russia –> 101 billionaires
  • Ukraine –> 7 billionaires
  • Poland –> 6 billionaires
  • Czechia –> 6 billionaires
  • Slovakia –> 1 billionaires
  • Belarus –> 0 billionaires
  • Serbia –> 0 billionaires
  • Macedonia –> 0 billionaires
  • BiH –> 0 billionaires
  • Bulgaria –> 0 billionaires
  • Montenegro –> 0 billionaires
  • Croatia –> 0 billionaires
  • Slovenia –> 0 billionaires

Yep, seems that most of the big businesses across Eastern Europe have been rampaged, stolen and dismantled through the 20’th century and these are the results. There are an estimated 360 million Slavs worldwide, and out of them all there are only 121 Slavic Billionaires in the world.
