In history there was no artificially made medicines, however our old ones still knew how to cure themselves. They unlike us have had their hopes in nature and what nature gives us. We today have a pill for every illness we need, while they had fruit, vegetables and dishes according to what they were ill off. Knowing many of our readers love all what is traditional, healthy and tasty we made a show list and reasons why to eat them. These are still ingredients that we eat still today, however many still do not practice this enough so to remind you a bit of what you should eat take this pleasant read with us and pick which you like the most! Lemons – Our mothers and grandmothers with the first signs of cold they immediately tried to have tea with lemon. And it is not that they think of vitamin C – a super-weapon against the virus. In fact, its super-force is that it helps to convert toxins into water-soluble forms, which in this way is much easier to be excreted from the body. Lemons also stimulate the liver and purify the blood.
Beets – a real vitamin bomb! Many usually pass by her side due to it’s taste, however we recommend to reconsider its opinion. It lots of beta-carotene, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and vitamins such as C, B3 and B6. They help our liver and gall bladder to destroy toxins and fiber improves digestion and waste elimination process. To clean the body it is recommended to use raw beets with herbs and lemon juice.
Apples – are not only rich in fiber and nutrients. They also stimulate the production of bile which the liver uses to get rid of toxins. Pectin helps our body to get rid of heavy metals and food additives. Do not buy beautiful apples that come overseas, as behind their appetizing appearance lies a set of ill materials, that we want to get rid of. So buy only local healthy apples!
The greens, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, soy or wheat germ and so on – all of which help your body. They are the basic building blocks of any grade and a healthy diet, as well as help in clearing the blood and its oxygen saturation. Green vegetables in green vegetables contain large amounts of chlorophyll. It helps our body cleaned of heavy metals, toxins, herbicides and pesticides.
Seaweed – contains a huge amount of antioxidants that put in order our blood and strengthen the digestive system. Alginic acid, which is contained in seaweed, absorb toxins from the digestive tract. They also contain a huge amount of useful minerals. In the same time seaweed also contains chlorine, potassium, sodium, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, iodine, calcium, iron, zinc, vanadium, manganese, nickel, cobalt and molybdenum.
Coriander – also a plant worth a special mention since it helps our rid the body of heavy metals, which can lead to depression, cancer, hormonal problems, and thyroid problems. Chemical compounds in cilantro bind these toxins, pull them out of the blood, tissues and organs. And help our bodies get rid of this unpleasant cargo.
